• If a match is abandoned, bets are generally voided and stakes returned.
• In the event of any dispute regarding match results, betboro's decision is final.
• Betboro reserves the right to void any bet placed on odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• Placing multiple markets from the same match in a single accumulator bet is generally not permitted.

Betboro may set maximum payout limits for certain bets. These limits will be stated on the betting page. Maximum stake amounts may also vary by match.

Betboro offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms and conditions. General rules:

• Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus applies to first deposits only.
• Only bets placed with bonus balance at or above a specified minimum odds (typically 1.75+) count toward wagering requirements.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus balance will expire at the end of this period.
• Using the same promotion more than once or across multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on betboro:

• Betting using match fixing or insider information.
• Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Betting using automated bots or software.
• Arbitrage betting or any attempt to secure risk-free profit by exploiting odds differences.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to betboro's systems.
• Attempting to steal another user's account credentials.

If such activity is detected, betboro will immediately suspend the account in question, forfeit the balance, and notify law enforcement authorities if necessary.

Betboro may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a terms violation.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (12+ months).

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. The process will be completed within 24 hours. Any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you before closure.

Betboro believes betting should be entertainment — not a solution to financial problems. We offer the following tools free of charge:

• Deposit limits (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Setting a loss limit.
• Taking a self-imposed break for a set period (cooling-off period).
• Permanent self-exclusion.

Betboro shall not be held liable in the following cases:

• Bets missed due to internet connectivity issues.
• Account losses resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Delays caused by third-party payment systems.
• Losses resulting from unexpected technical outages.
• Legal complications in the user's country.

Betboro is committed to maintaining service quality, but a 100% uninterrupted experience cannot be guaranteed. Brief scheduled downtime may occasionally occur for maintenance purposes.

For any disputes or complaints, contact betboro's support team first. Most issues are resolved within 72 hours. If support is unable to resolve the matter, it will be escalated to a higher level.

If you are not satisfied with betboro's decision, you may seek resolution through an external alternative dispute resolution body. However, escalating to an external body before betboro's internal process is completed is generally not accepted.

Betboro may update these terms at any time. For significant changes, a notification will be sent to your registered email. However, it remains the user's responsibility to review this page regularly. Continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect will be considered acceptance of those terms.
